- Student ID announcement, Round 1 (Early and Portfolio): Only for students who
paid their confirmation fee by 3 Mar 2026.
- New student registration: Update personal information and upload documents
online from 17 – 30 2026.
- Apply for a KMUTT Internet Account: Receive a password for accessing New ACIS
(for registration), available from 21 – 27 Apr 2026 onwards.
15 Jun 2026
- Student ID announcement, Round 2 (Quota): Only for students who paid their
confirmation fee by 1 Jun 2026.
- New student registration: Update personal information and upload documents
online from 15 – 26 June 2026.
- Apply for a KMUTT Internet Account: Receive a password for accessing New ACIS
(for registration), available from 17 - 23 Jun 2026 onwards.
26 Jun 2026
- Student ID announcement, Round 3 (TCAS - Admission): Only for students who
paid their confirmation fee by 19 June 2026.
- New student registration: Update personal information and upload documents
online from 26 – 9 July 2026.
- Apply for a KMUTT Internet Account: Receive a password for accessing New ACIS
(for registration), available from 30 Jun - 6 Jul 2026 onwards.
9 Jul 2026
Last day for students to update their bio-data and upload documents to New ACIS (For round 1 – 3) (in case of incomplete information).
20 – 22 Jul 2026
Online registration via New ACIS only. No on-campus registration required.
(Active Internet Account required.)
(Complete steps 1-5 to obtain your payment slip and make the payment.)
23 July 2026
Last day for registration payment. (1/2026)
(Unpaid registrations will be automatically canceled after the deadline.)
3 Aug 2026
- Semester 1/2026 begins.
- International students may apply for their student ID cards from now onwards.
3 - 14 Aug 2026
Late Registration in New ACIS (Penalty fee of 50 THB/day starts from Mon 3 Aug 2025 including holidays).
- Online Add/Drop/Change Section: For students with completed regular registration only.
14 Aug 2026
- Final deadline for registration and enrollment 1/2026 Semester.
(Students who do not complete their registration within the specified period will have their student status terminated.)
15 - 17 Aug 2026
Payment period for course additions (Students must print the payment invoice via the New ACIS system).

หมายเหตุ
1. นักศึกษาใหม่สามารถตรวจสอบกำหนดการและกิจกรรม
เข้าระบบบันทึกประวัติ ได้ที่ New Student Checklist
2. การสมัคร Internet Account สามารถดำเนินการสมัครหลังจากได้รับอีเมล์แจ้งว่า
“KMUTT Account ของท่านพร้อมใช้งานแล้ว” หากไม่ทำการสมัคร Internet Account
นักศึกษาจะไม่สามารถเข้าระบบลงทะเบียน หรือ ระบบอื่น ๆ ของ มจธ. ได้ เช่น MODLINK
3. รูปถ่ายของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิต ห้ามเป็นชุดครุย หรือ ชุดข้าราชการ หรือ
ชุดฟอร์มของหน่วยงาน https://kmutt.me/AJQkmiz
4. หากนักศึกษาไม่ดำเนินการมอบตัวนักศึกษาใหม่และลงทะเบียนเรียนให้เสร็จสิ้นภายใน
วันศุกร์ ที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2569 จะถือว่านักศึกษา สละสิทธิ์ การเป็นนักศึกษา (ทุกกรณี)
